Gratitude!

Recently I have purchased a few Art Journal Workshop Books and find them very interesting as well helpful when you want to create more then just a regular journal!  I was looking through one in particular last night and found this one on gratitude,  I decided that this was a great topic for me to work on.
I would like to quote what the artist Traci Bunkers wrote,
"You can't bring more good things into your life until you acknowledge and are thankful for the good things you already have"
This is so true no matter how bad we think things are we can surely find just as many things to be grateful for....So this week I am spending lots of journaling time on the things I have to be grateful for, and the list is long.......

Trying to figure it all out!

It has been a while since I have posted on my blog, but I have been told that this cold actually take place of my web page which I have let expire as I was not pleased with it at all.  Also it was going to continue to cost me hundreds of dollars every year.  I have since discovered that there are so many other options to a web site that you have no control over. Now I am not a computer whiz so it takes me for ever to find out other ways of doing things but I finally feel I am on the right track.  Still a little homework to do but hopefully in the next little while things will come together... Perseverance is the word for the day!!!!

Beginner Knitting Classes!

We had our first beginner classes On Saturday and it was a great success, one of the women even came in on Monday with her project completed ready to start another one, I was so excited for her. We will be running another beginner class the end of February, this time the students will be stuck with me for the instructions, I was afraid that my left handed brain would confuse them but I really can think like a right handed person when I need too!

Feeling distracted

I am feeling very distracted these days, I should really be gather my info for Suzie Q's/ Yarn Emporium (yes Yarn Emporium is the name of the wool shop)web site but I seem to keep finding excuses not to do it, soooo frustrating because this will be such a wonderful tool to help in moving forward with the next step in the business.
I have had to make some decisions in the past few months about my business and moving forward so I really need to get down to work focus focus focus!!!!
For sure the one thing I am going take 1 hour day to be completely engaged in something that really makes me feel creative. OK so lets get moving forward... HELP!
